Overview

This is a low rise beachfront development designed to ensure every apartment has a sea view and also overlooks the communal area with pool. Each two bedroom apartment has a private terrace and a parking space. The penthouse apartments on the top floor have large solarium terraces. There are 42 conventional apartments and 14 penthouse apartments. All apartments have two bathrooms, one en-suite.

Standard apartments are 60 square metres with 12 square metres of terrace. The corner apartments are a little larger at 61 square metres but with 7 square metres of terrace. The penthouses are the same size but they have a spiral staircase rising up to the solarium which is as big as the apartment and has a Jacuzzi, shower and BBQ.

Location

The development is at Maracajau, an outstanding area of natural beauty, 50 km north of Natal City. 45 minutes from Natal and 30 minutes from the new airport.

The coastal area near Natal is now the major tourist destination in Brazil and the area is developing fast since the new airport opened. Maracajau is set to be an up and coming area.

Apart from the beach and lagoons, local attractions include a new golf course 1 km away, several others, an aquatic park, and several hotel resorts. This area is being developed fast.

Other pluses

Brazil is very up and coming and the economy is growing fast. The World Cup is being hosted in 2014 and tourism is growing at a phenomenal rate. A new International Airport will be completed in 2010 which will have a huge effect as tourist visitor numbers increase still further.
