Overview

Residence Sofi is located in a tourist destination on the coast of the Ionian Sea. (Aprocello, Mandatoriccio Mare) The complex consists of four villages, Iris, Sofi and Holiday Castle all arranged around a Baroque style Castle. The local beaches are unspoilt and they are only 300 metres from the complex.

There are two types of Residence Buildings, all with one bedroom apartments:

Type A:

There are three type A buildings, two of which are connected. Each building has 15 apartments and 10 garages. All apartments have a living room, dining area with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and verandas. The garages are located on the ground floor. There are three levels, ground floor, mezzanine ground floor and first floor.

Type B:

There are five type B buildings, each with 8 apartments, four on the ground floor and four on the first floor. Each apartment has a living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a veranda.

There is also a Community Building next to the large communal swimming pool. The basement houses the community plant and has storage. The ground floor has a bar, tea room and lounge area for the benefit of all the residents, right next to the pool.

The complex is bordered by a new 36 hole golf course which is currently under construction. Nearby there is also a water park and a summer nightclub.

The resort is 30 minutes from the airport at Crotone City and 90 minutes from Lamezia Terme International Airport.

Each home comes with a fully fitted kitchen complete with appliances. There are multiple choice furniture options at wholesale prices.
