Payment Schedule

Block B

The Reservation Deposit of €1000 or £750 is by Cheque (is payable to Client Account”) Within 30 days of allocation, the Developer must be in receipt of the following:

• 20% of the value of the unit paid in Euros (minus the Reservation Deposit).
• The original executed Agreement to Purchase.

The remaining stage payments are as follows:

1. 20% on October 2007
2. 20% on January 2007
3. 20% on April 2007
4. 20% on July 2007

Block C
