You will have an option to decline the furniture package. If you choose this then approx Euro 9,000 can be deducted from the cost of the apartment. However, due to the fact that the company buys & ships in bulk and also has import taxes waived by the government to source yourself would cost in excess of Euro 20,000. Basically just bring your clothes!

The financial package is also very attractive. Reserve an apartment now at today’s prices for a deposit sum of Euro 2,000. The deposit must be accompanied by a signed 'Offer to Purchase' (which will be provided by CVP). At this stage the apartment will be blocked from sale. Within 10 days, you will need to sign a contract with the vendor and pay 20% of the cost. The remaining sum owed can then be paid in up to 4 equal instalments over a period of up to 18 months.

You also receive a discount card which entitles you to discounts with various partner companies.
